​His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al- Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in a titah expresses confidence that if everyone submits and holds fast to Al-Qur'an, thus the world will be peaceful. Hence, His Majesty stresses that Brunei Darussalam must be committed with Al-Qur'an, strengthening the reading of Al-Qur'an.

In the titah during the National Level Nuzul Al-Qur'an Celebration for 1445 Hijrah/2024, 27th March night, His Majesty also expresses the desire that all Bruneians can read Al-Qur'an with tajwid or correct pronunciation. His Majesty began the titah by expressing gratitude to Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala for being able to attend the blessed ceremony by His abundant grace. The Monarch also notes that the theme for this year's National Level Nuzul Al-Qur'an celebration is 'Al-Qur'an Pedomanku' or Al-Qur'an, My Guidance.
